MyOme is seeking an experienced, high-performing, and team-oriented Director-level sales leader with a proven track record of success in the concierge and executive health space. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-capitalized, fast-growing company at an early stage, backed by an exceptional team and mission. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, take initiative in identifying new business opportunities, and build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels within premium care organizations. With support from executive leadership, customer experience, marketing, and clinical affairs teams, this role will focus on securing partnerships with concierge medical practices, executive health programs, and affiliated networks to drive adoption of MyOme’s Proactive Health (MPH) offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of MyOme’s Proactive Health product suite by generating new leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing strategic accounts within concierge and executive health markets

  • Create and deliver tailored presentations specific to customer needs incorporating internal research data, market and competitive analysis

  • Build and maintain relationships across levels within customer accounts—including practice owners, program directors, physicians, and care coordinators—to help them achieve their goals

  • Partner with internal teams—including Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Product—to support onboarding, ensure long-term customer success, and continuously refine go-to-market strategies

  • Translate customer insights and market dynamics into actionable feedback to inform product enhancements, roadmap prioritization, and future strategic partnerships

  • Represent MyOme externally at relevant conferences, working groups, and strategic discussions to expand awareness and credibility within the concierge ecosystem

  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation processes to secure new business and formalize partnerships

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to report on pipeline health, opportunity prioritization, and key performance metrics related to proactive health growth initiatives

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • No specific degree prerequisites. If you can do the work exceptionally and approach it with humility, we’d love to connect.

  • 10+ years of experience in biotech or diagnostics sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a proven track record of success in the concierge medicine, executive health, or high-net-worth patient segments

  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and consultative sales approach

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Established relationships within concierge and executive health networks strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of molecular diagnostic products, population genomics, or wellness screening solutions

  • Deep familiarity with private pay and direct-pay reimbursement models, patient engagement, and customer success in premium healthcare settings

  • Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to connect with senior decision-makers and physicians

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and mission-driven environment
