Job Description

MyOme is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the definition and development of MyOme’s Patient and Provider Portals. In this role, you'll shape our portals to create enjoyable user experiences that help guide patients’ journeys to living healthier lives. You'll work across the organization to define, prioritize, and drive the development of the portals. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in this role and can point to examples of their work. They enjoy organizing and simplifying in the face of complexity and uncertainty, balancing strategic process thinking and pragmatic execution, and communicating proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and definition for both the Patient and Provider Portals

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps that phase development and balance competing priorities within the company

  • Write clear product vision statements that articulate market opportunities, requirements, competitive positioning, and prerequisites

  • Partner with Patient/Customer Experience, Clinical Affairs, and Sales to identify and prioritize high-value features

  • Develop detailed product requirements documents

  • Coordinate work with the Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth feature rollout

  • Proactively communicate roadmaps and new feature releases to the company to enjoy shared wins

Skills and Experience

  • No specific degree or field prerequisite. If you can do the work well and humbly, we want to talk with you

  • 5+ years product management experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences

  • Experience with healthcare provider and patient-facing products

  • Track record of successfully defining and launching complex products

  • Track record of creating organizational clarity in fast-paced environments

  • Experience writing clear product requirements documents and feature specifications

  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating market opportunities and product priorities

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

  • Understanding of software development processes and technical requirements

Location, Compensation, and Benefits

Location: Remote (US only); (Optional: Hybrid in San Francisco, near Montgomery BART)
Compensation: 160K-200K/year depending on experience; equity; and the following benefits:
