Salary range: $125k - $175k annually


Description and key responsibilities:

MyOme wants to fill the position of Principal Scientific Program Manager, Immunology and Gene Editing


This role requires working closely with seasoned scientists, engineers, research and development teams where an immunology and gene editing background is essential. It requires a strong scientific acumen and technical grant and paper writing skills. Additional responsibilities include setting  the roadmap for each institution's contributions and coordinating development and iteration of protocols, policies and procedures for all stages of the project. 


You will report directly to the CEO of MyOme and work closely with the chairman of the board. Additionally you will coordinate between principal investigators at the Wyss Institute at Harvard and UCSF. 



Ideal Skills and Requirements

  • Ph.D. in immunology or closely related field with knowledge of gene editing; M.S. considered for the right candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in paper and grant writing in the field of immunology or gene editing

  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior scientists

  • Ability to integrate feedback from many sources including across institutions and across functions to develop and update the program roadmap and timelines

  • Flexibility in the face of uncertainty and a shifting research landscape
