Job Description
MyOme is seeking a Commercial Data & Insights Manager to unlock insights from data that drive business growth, operational excellence, and customer success. In this high-impact role, you will work cross-functionally across business development, product, customer success, marketing, and clinical operations to surface trends, support decision-making, and build dashboards and models that improve forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline visibility.

You will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and serve as a thought partner to the Chief Business Officer, playing a foundational role in shaping how data informs strategy at MyOme. Responsibilities

Business Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Develop, maintain, and scale reporting dashboards for key commercial metrics

  • Support investor and executive reporting by synthesizing complex data into accessible, decision-ready visuals and summaries

  • Track and analyze performance across verticals (e.g., Proactive Health, Rare Disease) and channels (e.g., Health Systems, Employers, Concierge)

  • Support sales forecasting efforts and quota management

Cross-Functional Analytics & Enablement

  • Serve as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Clinical Operations to enable better decision-making through data

  • Frame business problems and design analytical solutions that uncover trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Lead the development of self-serve tools and resources (via dashboards, exports, and visualizations) that empower internal teams

  • Maintain data hygiene and collaborate with engineering and commercial ops to ensure accuracy and usability of core datasets

Strategic & Ad Hoc Projects

  • Analyze customer behavior to inform account strategy, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and retention risks

  • Assist with business cases for new market opportunities, products, and partnerships

  • Partner on pricing analyses, sales operations workflow optimization, and support special projects as needed

Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of project management experience in startup, health tech, or biotech environments (experience in genomics or precision medicine strongly preferred but not required)

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills — capable of distilling complexity, managing ambiguity, and bringing clarity to chaos

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead through relationships across functional boundaries

  • Comfortable leading high-stakes conversations with internal executives and external stakeholders alike

  • Operates with confidence, urgency, and poise under pressure — comfortable in environments where priorities shift and new data emerges daily

  • Proficient in modern project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Shortcut, Confluence), with a systems-thinking mindset

  • PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required

  • Deep understanding of healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences industry norms and operating environments

Location, Compensation, & Benefits

  • Location: Remote-friendly. Occasional travel required for team meetings or partner engagements.

  • Compensation: $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience
