MyOme is seeking a strategic, relationship-oriented Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager to help grow and scale our commercial footprint through integrated partnerships. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing partnership strategies with complimentary healthcare solutions, platform companies, payers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role — ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, finance, partnerships, or alliances who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to operate at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business development. Also must thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment with significant career development opportunities.
You’ll work closely with MyOme’s leadership and cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities, support partner integrations, and ensure successful execution of alliance initiatives.
Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships that drive commercial growth and product adoption
Support end-to-end execution of partnership deals — from initial outreach and evaluation through contracting, onboarding, and ongoing account management
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Clinical, Product, and Engineering teams to scope and deliver partner integrations and initiatives
Lead partner meetings and communications, acting as a key external representative for MyOme
Develop and maintain CRM, tracking systems, and performance dashboards to monitor partner success and report on KPIs
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform partnership strategies
Help prioritize partnership efforts based on alignment with company strategy, revenue potential, and technical feasibility
Support special projects and new business models that enhance MyOme’s go-to-market strategy
3 to 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, consulting, business development, or finance — ideally in health tech, life sciences, or a high-growth startup
Deep interest in the healthcare ecosystem, especially genomics, diagnostics, or precision medicine
Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with a knack for spotting high-leverage opportunities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — able to influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress in fast-paced, evolving environments
Familiarity with integrations, platform partnerships, and value-based business models is a plus
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools, and collaboration platforms
Salary: $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience
